Personal training at AMT is different to what you normally experience. You won't spend large amounts of time on a treadmill and you won't be given a programme that disregards your goals & only works for full time bodybuilders. You WILL be given the personal training of the highest standard in Cardiff.

AMT Personal Training specialise in helping people with 1 (or more) of the 3 goals:

  1. To increase fitness and lose weight the right way.
  2. To get stronger & more core stability but currently experience joint pain (knee, back, shoulder etc)
  3. To get strength & conditioning to help in their chosen sport (running, cycling etc)

Whatever your goal, we begin with a FREE thorough & comprehensive movement & health assessment (note: If your goal is weight loss this will include a week-long food diary) to highlight where your trouble spots are.

From there, you will receive tailored, specific to you personal training where you will feel stronger, more energised and increased confidence in what your body is capable of.

Based in Cardiff, I can train you in the comfort of your own home (to include areas such as Radyr, Llandaff, Cardiff Bay & Roath) or in a studio in Cathays.
